Authors of accepted papers should submit their camera-ready versions as described below. The deadline for camera-ready submissions is August 12, 2011. Paper Format: All camera-ready papers must be formatted as per ACM publication format. The page length for full papers is 12 pages with 9-pt font. The page length for posters is 2 pages with 9-pt font. (Note that the submission format was 10-pt font, but the final format is 9-pt font, which allows for some extra space to address potential reviewer comments.) Please refer to http://www.acm.org/sigs/publications/proceedings-templates for templates. Additional information for the authors is as follows: 1. The submitted file should be PDF. 2. All fonts must be embedded within the PDF file. 3. The authors should use the ACM template, but remove the copyright permission block in the lower left of the first page. (Copyright will be held by IEEE this year – see below.) If you are using LaTeX and the ACM template, you can remove the permissions block using the following commands (before \begin{document}): \makeatletter \let\@copyrightspace\relax \makeatother 4. Classification information per ACM: Papers should include ACM Computing Classification categories and terms. The templates provide space for this indexing and point authors to the Computing Classification Scheme at: http://www.acm.org/about/class/1998 Paper and Copyright Submission: Please submit the paper and copyright forms on the following site: http://www.ieeeconfpublishing.org/cpir/AuthorKit.asp?Community=CPS&Facility=CPS_Oct&ERoom=ANCS+2011 Please ignore Step 4 (“Your final papers MUST be formatted to IEEE Computer Society Proceedings Manuscript Formatting Guidelines …”) and format the paper as described above. Author Registration: At least one author of each accepted paper (including poster papers) must register for the conference online at the full registration rate by the camera-ready submission deadline. Each full registration may cover up to two papers or posters. |
