Instructions for Camera-ready Paper Submission

These instructions apply to all accepted publications at ACM ANCS 2018. The deadline for the upload of your camera-ready PDF is 23:59 Pacific time, June 20, 2018 (posters have a different camera ready date, as mentioned in the call for posters). Use the HotCRP submission website to upload your camera-ready.

At least one author of each accepted paper (including poster papers) must register for the conference online at the full registration rate by the camera-ready submission deadline.

Please follow these instructions when preparing your camera-ready manuscript.

1. Use the ACM template (using sigconf document type) from
https://www.acm.org/publications/proceedings-templateNo modifications to the ACM templates are allowed. The final PDF will be checked for consistency with these templates. Non-compliance can result in your publication getting rejected.

2. Papers should include ACM Computing Classification categories and terms. The templates provide space for this indexing and point authors to the Computing Classification Scheme at: http://www.acm.org/about/class/2012

3. The rights and permissions information and bibliographic strip must appear on the lower left hand portion of the first page. The copyright form is available via the ACM rights-management tool on the HotCRP page of the paper. ACM will use its automated system to email this information to the authors. The copyright block includes the DOI specific to the paper, rights-management text that depends on the author’s choice of a license or copyright transfer, the official name, dates, and location of the event.

4. The font size must be 10 points. Do not number pages.

5. The page limit for the final long paper is 12 pages. The limit for short paper is 6 pages, and for poster is 2 pages. All page limits excludes references. There is no page limit on the number of references. Extra space is not available for appendices, and any appendix content needs to be made accessible via a link to an external technical report.

6. You PDF submission should have all fonts embedded. If you are unsure about how to check for this, see: http://www.acm.org/binaries/content/assets/publications/word-to-pdf-instructions-.txt.
